Amid ongoing concern about the coronavirus COVID-19, Holy Rosary Credit Union’s top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our members. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing around the evolving situation, and we're committed to being responsive and flexible to your needs.
I wanted to personally reach out again and share a few more ways we are here to serve you during this time:
- We recognize that there may be instances where members find themselves facing financial difficulties. It may seem tempting to get a payday loan for emergency cash, but we encourage those who may be impacted to reach out to us first to discuss how we might be of assistance. Payday loans are expensive with huge payments. Consider instead applying for HRCU's personal and smile loans or a personal line of credit. Members can apply for and even close our loans remotely using our online applications. The process is quick and easy!
- For the fastest level of service, we strongly encourage you again to access your account online through the mobile app or online banking. It's typically easier and faster to manage your account digitally. You can even deposit checks on your phone. If you don't have either of these set up, click here for more details or call us at 816-221-2734.
- If you have a loan payment due and are short of funds because of virus related issues, please be proactive and reach out to our Member Resolution Center at extension 116 as soon as possible. The sooner we are aware of the situation, the more we can do to assist you so that your credit is not negatively impacted.
- If you do plan on contacting us over the phone or visiting your local branch in person, please know our friendly staff are standing by, as always.
We will continue to monitor this situation and have contingency plans in place so there will not be interruptions in our service to our members. Currently all HRCU Branches are operating under normal hours. A statement regarding our response to COVID-19 can be found here.
We will plan to make emergency announcements on our website, on our Facebook, @holyrosarycu, and by Twitter, @HRCU_kc. Holy Rosary Credit Union will never ask you for your personal information or log-in credentials in an email or text message.
